Installs start at $799. Most full displays run $1,800 and up. Here is what sits inside each of those numbers and what moves a quote between them.
At the lower end of the range you are buying a clean, correctly measured, professionally hung roofline in commercial grade light. It is not a stripped down version of the service. It carries the same materials, the same 36 hour* in season guarantee, the same January takedown and the same off season storage as any other job we do. The difference is coverage, not quality.

Four things, in roughly this order. Linear footage, because a longer and more broken up roofline is more measuring, more cutting and more clips. Height and access, because a steep three story face is slower and takes more equipment than a ranch. Trees, because wrapping a trunk properly is the slowest work on any property. And decor, meaning wreaths, garland and entrance pieces sized to the elevation they sit on.
Design and a rendering of your own property. The commercial grade LED lights themselves. Clips, timers and every material. Installation. Every service call for the rest of the season. Takedown in January. Storage until the following year. There is no second invoice and no surprise charge later in the season.
Some companies do, and it is an honest way to sell. We quote the property instead, because two houses with identical footage can be an hour apart in labor once you account for pitch, access and how many separate runs the roof breaks into. A per foot number would either overcharge the simple house or undercharge the difficult one.
Call, text or send the form. We come back with a number and a rendering. If it is not what you pictured, we change it, and you are still under no obligation.

Call or text and get a real answer from the people who would do the work. No script, no obligation, no charge for the estimate.
