How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Installs start at $799 and most full displays run $1,800 and up, depending on the size of the property and the design you choose. Every quote is free and every quote is all inclusive: design, materials, installation, in season service and removal are in the number, so there is nothing to add later.
Do you provide the lights, or do I buy them?
We provide everything. The commercial grade LED lights, the clips, the timers and the materials are all part of your quote, and they are cut to fit your property rather than pulled off a shelf. You never buy, store or untangle a strand.
Will you hang lights I already own?
No. We install our own commercial grade lights and we do not offer labor only installation. Retail strands are built to a price, not to a winter, and hanging them puts our name on a display we cannot stand behind or service. Everything we hang, we warranty and maintain.
What happens if lights go out during the season?
We come and fix them. Service calls are guaranteed within 36 hours
* of your call, at no extra charge, from the install through January 1. The clock assumes weather a crew can safely work in; if a storm is sitting over the property we wait for it to pass and then we are there.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead of the date you want to be lit. Availability tightens quickly once November starts, so earlier is better. If you are reading this late in the season, call anyway and we will tell you honestly what is left.
Can I choose the colors and the style?
Yes. Every display is designed for your property rather than picked from a catalog. The most popular choices are warm white for a classic look, multicolor for houses with young kids, and a candy cane theme in white and red or white, red and green. Those are the three we are asked for most rather than the only ones on offer, so if you have a combination in mind, ask, because we can build almost any of them.
Do you take the lights down and store them?
Yes, both. Removal after the season is included, and the lights come back to us for storage through the year so they are ready to go back up next season. You do not need a shelf in your garage.
Do you decorate trees and landscaping, or only the roof?
Both. Rooflines, ridgelines, peaks, columns, wrapped trees, bushes and landscape lighting are all on the table, along with wreaths and larger decor on commercial properties.
Do you work with businesses, HOAs and property managers?
Yes, and it is the part of the business we are growing hardest. We handle storefronts, offices, retail properties, apartment communities, HOAs, multiple buildings and multiple entrances, scheduled around the way the property actually operates.
Do I get to see the design before I commit?
Yes. We put together a rendering and attach it to your estimate, so you are approving a picture of your own property rather than a description.
