If anything goes dark between the install and New Year's Day, we are back inside 36 hours at no additional charge. Here is the whole promise, including the conditions that come with it.
A display that fails halfway through December is worse than no display at all, because it reads as neglect rather than as absence. So the guarantee is simple: call or text, and we are back at the property within 36 hours to fix it. No charge, from the day we install through January 1, and we do not make you work out what went wrong before we come out.

The 36 hour clock assumes a crew can safely get onto the property and up to the roof. An ice storm, high wind, lightning or a roof under snow means we wait for conditions we can work in, and then we are there. We will not put somebody on a ladder or a roof in weather that is unsafe, and when weather is the holdup we tell you when to expect us rather than leaving you to guess.
In season service covers you from the install through January 1. After that date we are not coming back out for bulb replacements or other service calls, because the season is over and the next visit is the takedown. Takedown and storage still happen in January exactly as quoted. It is the service guarantee that ends on the first, not the rest of what you paid for.
A run that fails is ours to fix. A run that gets destroyed is a different situation, and the honest version is worth saying out loud. Where the same lighting is damaged again and again, by a vehicle over a driveway run, by an animal, or in a spot we flagged as difficult before the install and lit anyway because you wanted it there, the fix stops being a service call and starts being a repair. We will still come out and we will still look after you. What we will do before the third visit is talk to you about moving that run or about what a repair costs, rather than quietly reinstalling the same thing into the same problem.
This promise is only possible because the materials are ours. We buy the lights, we cut them, we own them and we take them back in January. An installer who hangs lights somebody else bought has nothing to service and nothing to stand behind, which is why we do not do that work. The guarantee and the ownership are the same commitment described twice.
Most in season calls are a connection that has taken water, a clip that let go in wind, or a timer that lost its setting after a power cut. All three are quick fixes when somebody has the right parts on the truck. We carry them, because we know exactly what is on your roof.

Estimates are free, they are all inclusive, and they arrive with a rendering of your own property attached. Nothing is owed for asking.
