Pendleton mixes older homes near the center of town with newer builds spreading out from it, and those two housing stocks want genuinely different treatments. An older house usually wants warm white that follows the architecture quietly. A newer build can carry a bolder scheme without looking costumed.
Three schemes cover most of what people want. Warm white reads classic and elegant and is the safe answer on older architecture. Multicolor is the popular choice in houses with young children and it is a better choice than its reputation suggests when it is done in commercial grade color rather than in supermarket color.
A candy cane theme, in white and red or white, red and green, sits between the two. Those three are the ones we are asked for most rather than the only ones we build, so ask for a combination that is not on the list and we can almost certainly do it. You will see whichever one you pick on a rendering of your own house before it is ordered.
Everything, and the word is meant literally. The design conversation and the rendering, the commercial grade LED lights themselves, the clips and the timers, the installation, every service call for the rest of the season, the takedown in January, and storage of the lights until the following year. We do not hang lights you already own, we do not offer labor only installation, and we do not sell our lights as a DIY product. That reasoning is set out in full on why we only install professional grade lights, and it is the reason the service promise is worth anything at all.
