Kokomo is one of the larger towns we serve and one of the furthest from our base, and both of those facts shape how we work here. Larger means more commercial interest, from retail frontage to office parks. Further means the calendar matters more than it does closer in.
Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead of the date you want to be lit. September is when the good dates are still open, October is when the calendar fills, and November is when it closes. If you are reading this later than that, call anyway and we will tell you honestly what is left rather than take a booking we cannot serve properly.
A commercial install is a scheduling problem as much as a lighting problem. Retail has trading hours, offices have people arriving at eight, and a property manager has residents or tenants who did not agree to a ladder outside a window. We work around how the property actually runs, including early, late and weekend work where that is what it takes.
Scale changes the design and the timeline. It does not change the all inclusive quote, the commercial grade materials or the 36 hour* service response.
Everything, and the word is meant literally. The design conversation and the rendering, the commercial grade LED lights themselves, the clips and the timers, the installation, every service call for the rest of the season, the takedown in January, and storage of the lights until the following year. One number, quoted before we start.
