Permanent roofline lighting is a real category and there is good product in it. Here is why we do not install it, and what we would rather do for you instead.
Most of the permanent lighting inquiries we receive are not requests to design and supply a system. They are requests to install something already bought, usually a consumer track picked up online or from a big box store. We do not install customer owned product of any kind, so those are jobs we decline, and it is fairer to say that on a page than to say it on the phone after somebody has already spent the money.

Consumer permanent tracks are sold on the promise that they are installed once and forgotten. In practice the channel is fixed to fascia or soffit that was never designed to carry it, the connections sit outdoors year round rather than for six weeks, and the control gear is the first thing to fail. A system that is permanent is a system that has to survive August as well as January.
A display designed for this year rather than for the year it was installed. Materials that spend eleven months in storage rather than eleven months in weather. A crew that comes back inside 36 hours* if anything fails, because the materials are ours. And nothing screwed permanently to the front of your house.
Call and talk to us about it directly before you buy anything. We would rather have the conversation than have you spend money on product nobody reputable will hang. If it is the right answer for your property we will say so, even though it is not work we take.

Call or text and get a real answer from the people who would do the work. No script, no obligation, no charge for the estimate.
